You will also learn to enjoy the small successes and experiences in life with gratitude and joy.It is recommended to write the diary daily before going to bed in a quiet environment.You have the option to print out your written words, save them as a file or simply use them in the app.If your psychologist is registered with us, you can access and use the page he created in the app. This allows you to explain your inner life to your therapist and easily send him your written entries to talk about with him in the next session.Please note that this app cannot replace therapy.
